Q: What services are included in the monthly rental?

A: The services included in the monthly rental (tax Inc.) are: Management fee, Complimentary Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, Local calls charge, Limited utility fee (RMB1, 200 for 1-bedroom suite / RMB2, 000 for 2-bedroom suite / RMB3, 000 for 3-bedroom suite / RMB3, 000 for 4-bedroom suite per month), Housekeeping service and linen change three times per week, 24-hour fitness center and indoor heated swimming pool are available free of charge.

Q: How about the deposit policy?

A: For leases terms from 1 to 6 months, the amount of deposit would be 1-month rental. If guests stay for over 6 months, it would be 2 months' rental.

Q: How often do you provide Housekeeping Service?

A: Housekeeping services are provided three times per week.

Q: Is there any extra charges after check-in?

A: It may involve in store consumption, including laundry service, bottled drinking water, extra breakfast cost, etc.

Q: Can I keep pets in the residences?

A: Yes, we are a pet-friendly serviced apartment.

Q: Is there a place for walking dogs around the apartment?

A: We recommend guests to walk their dogs along the Funan River, which is 200 meters away as the crow flies.

A: The minimum lease period is month.
